AI bots, Voice AI & automation

Every lead answered in minutes, not days.

Why it goes wrong

Speed decides the deal

Lead response time is the most under-managed number in most businesses. The team that calls back first usually wins, and by the next morning the prospect has already spoken to someone else.

Your team calls the wrong people

Without qualification, sales time is spread evenly across leads that will never buy and leads that would have bought today. Filtering first changes the economics of the whole funnel.

Bots deployed as gimmicks

A chat widget that answers FAQs is decoration. Built as plumbing — qualifying, booking, writing to the CRM, escalating to a human at the right moment — it changes throughput.

What you get

Everything in the engagement, listed.

No tiers, no bundles you did not ask for. If something on this list is irrelevant to you we take it out and price accordingly.

  • Website chat assistant trained on your offer, pricing rules and objections
  • WhatsApp assistant for the markets where that is the real inbox
  • Voice AI callback that dials new leads within minutes of a form fill
  • Qualification scripts built from your own disqualifying criteria
  • Calendar booking with confirmation, reminder and no-show sequences
  • CRM write-back so every conversation is logged against the record
  • Lead scoring rules and human-handoff triggers
  • Reactivation sequences over your existing dormant lead database
How it runs

01

Map the current path

What happens today between a form fill and a human conversation — including the gaps at nights and weekends. The wins are usually obvious once it is written down.

02

Write the qualification

Your questions, your disqualifiers, your tone. This is a sales-process exercise, not a technical one, and it is where the value is decided.

03

Build and connect

Assistant, voice flow, calendar and CRM wired together, then tested against real recorded scenarios before it touches a live lead.

04

Supervise, then loosen

The first weeks run with a human reviewing transcripts daily. Autonomy widens only where the logs prove it is safe.

Who it is for

This pays for itself fastest wherever leads currently wait more than an hour for a first response.

  • Anyone generating more leads than the team calls back same-day
  • Insurance, mortgage and real estate with high inbound volume
  • Coaches and consultants selling across time zones
  • Teams sitting on a large dormant lead database
Questions we get asked

Will it sound like a robot?

Current voice models are good enough that most callers do not notice, and we disclose that it is an assistant when asked. The bigger risk is not the voice — it is a badly written script, which is why we spend most of the build on that.

Which CRM do you work with?

Most of the common ones — HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce — plus anything with a webhook. If you do not have a CRM yet we will tell you which one fits, and it is usually the cheap one.

What happens when the AI cannot handle something?

It escalates. Handoff triggers are defined up front — pricing negotiation, complaints, anything outside the qualification script — and the conversation goes to a human with the transcript attached.

Can you add this to campaigns another agency runs?

Yes. The automation layer is channel-agnostic and we are happy to build it over ads someone else manages.
